Seller's Response:Working with Albert was a good experience, although sometimes a little bit cumbersome. We ordered the premium version of the high-end animation with premium voice-over on top - so expectations were set quite high. Few irritations during execution. The final result was of fair quality, but it took a couple of iterations to get there. Revisions were executed without complaints but sometimes took a while to be implemented. Being new to the "explainer video business" we had hoped for some guidance as part of the package - instead, seller executed our suggestions as raised. Overall, from a customer perspective: fair work for a (Fiverr-) premium price.
