Promised "amazing." Instead, compromised on "acceptable." Felt I had reasonable expectations. Provided script, sample images and links, etc. to make it easy. First iteration was not very professional (ex: painfully robotic voiceover). Second iteration was much improved. Asked for some minimal revisions to finalize (start with logo at beginning that was not a blurry image, add a handful of pauses so it did not sound like one run-on sentence throughout) and we would call it good. Was sent the 2nd iteration again without any changes. Asked and response was that the requested changes would destroy my beautiful presentation. Oh well. Will have to accept good enough.
